Recently we interviewed Diane Beaulieu, a Sales Agent and Partner at Business Pay Tech, about her experience so far with the Bitplus Point Of Sale system. Here's what she had to say:

Ben:

So at other points I’ve talked about the importance of merchant sales agents, and independent sales offices for merchants. Well, right now I have a merchant sales agent on the line and her name is Diane. How are you doing Diane?

Diane:
I’m pretty good Ben, how are you today?

Ben:

Oh I’m doing good, I’m doing good. I want to ask you, how long have you been working with merchants to solve their needs? What do you like about the job?

Diane:
I like helping merchants with giving them proper service on their accounts when they need it and I also like saving them money obviously, but, it’s really the service that keeps me going, and trying to make a little difference in their lives.

Ben:

And you’ve been pretty successful too, you deal with merchants all the time correct?

Diane:
Yes, Yes, know actually we have a 99% retention rate and we are very successful.

Ben:

Yeah, and you deal 100% on the local level, you deal with merchants face to face everyday right?

Diane:
Right, correct, yep.

Ben:

Yeah, so, um, what do you think about cryptocurrencies.

Diane:

I think cryptocurrency is the future of our monetary system. What I see happening right now is essentially our monetary system is going down as the cryptocurrency is going up. There’s definitely an equation there.

Ben:

Ok, cool. And you know you had to experience, and to see the bitplus point of sale system in action, what did you think about it?

Diane:
I’m very excited about this system, the thing that I saw right off the bat that I hear merchants talk about is the disruption to their business, and that’s something that I always try to be cognizant about, and with your system when they are able to customize their point of sale system to have it do the things that they want to do and not everything else and then as well as have those changes implemented without disruption to their business, um, that’s fantastic, that’s an easy sell.

Ben:

Oh ok, great. What one thing would you say impressed you the most about it-- the Bitplus point of sale?

Diane:
It’s just that particular feature that it’s customizable that they can have the features they want without spending a whole lot of extra money to get it done as well.

Ben:

Ok, that’s great. What made you choose to work with bitplus and what do you like about the bitplus team?

Diane:
Well I think the program is very progressive you’re addressing all of the merchant’s needs and you definitely have the merchant in mind when you put together this program and then it’s going to be able to move them forward as time changes and things change it’s going to be able to accommodate that as well.

Ben:
